As an award‑winning care center, we will cover the cost of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and pay you while you learn. CNAs play a vital role in helping residents maintain independence and quality of life through personal care and daily support. Through our partnership with Bismarck State College, you’ll complete your CNA coursework either online (self‑paced) or in person (Monday–Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm) for approximately 3 weeks.  After successfully completing the course and state certification, you’ll be offered a Nursing Assistant position right here at Baptist Health & Rehab—launching your career with a team that truly cares.

CNAs assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. They also assist with taking vitals, such as assessing temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Our CNAs care for 8-11 residents depending on the resident's level of need and care, and for those residents they make a profound impact in improving their quality of life.
