Cassia, a healthcare organization, is hiring a Director of Ancillary Services to work with Cassia's ancillary service lines including home-care, hospice, and therapy operations. This role involves creating and implementing standards, managing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with regulations to directly contribute to improving outcomes that enhance the quality of care and programming for our customers. In this role, you will be involved in strategic planning, customers service, and quality monitoring. Key responsibilities include liaising with service providers, developing growth strategies, and managing customers and contracts.
This position is Full-Time and Hybrid. Travel is required; the corporate office is in Edina, MN.
Pay Range: $125,000 to $150,000 / year depending on experience.
Director of Ancillary Services Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison to Cassia ancillary service providers.
- Help to create and implement Cassia standards for our homecare and hospice operations to provide consistency and to maximize value in partnerships and programming.
- Develop and monitor key metrics for Cassia's ancillary service lines and standards of care.
- Facilitate documentation system clarity and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.
- Initiate, facilitate, and complete planning, implementation and management processes to increase and support Cassia's ancillary service lines.
- Investigate and manage complaints from clients or referral sources and follow complaint process.
- Work alongside training team to aide in educating staff on proper documentation techniques and standards.
- Consult Cassia affiliates and provide compliance and audits in accordance with respective rules and regulations.
Director of Ancillary Services Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
- 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in therapeutic programming and home care.
- Knowledge of long-term care environment, including rules and regulations.
- Be available during business hours an as needed to facilitate problem solving as issues arise.
- Participate in executive leadership and team meetings as warranted; may participate as a board member representing Cassia in various internal or affiliated ancillary service boards.
- Possess sound knowledge of operations and human resource practices and related laws.
