Redeemer Health Care Center - Minneapolis, MN - Full Time

Redeemer Health Care Center, a 4-star rated, 119-bed senior care campus in Uptown, is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Scheduler/ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team! This position will have Assistant Scheduler duties as well as CNA duties.

The Assistant Scheduler will support the Scheduler in managing and coordinating staff schedules using the Team Bridge software platform. This role involves assisting with ordering and organizing supplies, approving shifts, finding coverage, and ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed. The Assistant Scheduler will also attend training sessions and meetings as required.

As a CNA at our senior care campus, you will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. You will work in a caring and supportive environment to assure our residents get the best care possible! 

Pay Range: $22 - $26 / hour depending on experience

Working Conditions:

  • This position is based in a skilled nursing facility.
  • The role is Full-Time and requires occasional evenings, and every other weekend work to ensure shift coverage.
More on Assistant Scheduler Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Scheduler in creating and maintaining staff schedules using Team Bridge.
  • Approve shifts and ensure all shifts are covered by texting/calling employees.
  • Assist in finding coverage for open shifts.
  • Order and put away supplies as needed.
  • Attend training sessions from the corporate home office.
  • Participate in monthly meetings and optional weekly meetings for additional support and training.
  • Report to the Scheduler for delegated tasks and support in finding shift coverage.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software: Team Bridge.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
  • Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
