Harmony Gardens - Maplewood, MN - Full Time

Harmony Gardens is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in our brand-new building in Maplewood, MN. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $2,500 Bonus!

Our new campus opened in December 2022 and is only 2 miles away from Maplewood Mall, beautiful parks (Hazelwood and Harvest Park), and a variety of dining options. Our new state-of-the-art senior living community includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care options.

There are Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available including every other weekend. 

Shifts: Days (6:30am-3:00pm) & Nights (NOC) (10:30pm to 7:00am)
           
Wage: $35.52-$42.84 DOE 

Full-Time is eligible for a $2,500 bonus. Payout for the bonus will be discussed in the interview.

What does a Nurse do?

  • Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
  • Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
  • Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
  • Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

What does a Nurse require?

  • Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
