Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our staff at Haven Homes, a senior care campus in Maple Plain, MN! We offer a competitive wage and benefits as well as a $5,000 bonus paid out over 1 year or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!

40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range: $40 - $50 / hour depending on experience

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
  • Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
  • Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
  • Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices.
  • Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
