Housekeeping Aide On-Call

Haven Homes, a Cassia senior community, is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to join our team in our beautiful, newer building. We offer on-the-job training!

The MN Department of Health currently ranks Haven Homes #1 out of 335 Nursing Homes in the State of Minnesota!

In this role, you will primarily be responsible to keep our campus and resident rooms clean and comfortable for our residents and guests. We are seeking an individual who displays a compassionate, positive attitude, and who strives for personal excellence. 

Position Type: On-Call for weekends

Pay Range: $16 to $19 per hour depending on experience

What does a Housekeeping Aide require?

• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting.

• Competitive Pay with experience-based raises
• Earned Sick and Safe Time - ESST
