Trinity Springs is hiring Shift Lead Med Tech (CNA/ HHA/ PCA) to join our team in Oxford, FL! This is a great opportunity for those wanting to grow in a healthcare setting. As a Shift Lead Med Tech at Trinity Springs, you will prepare and administer medication as well as perform cares to our residents. Additionally, you will act as a leader for others on your shift. The Shift Lead Med Tech supports with caregiving duties and overseeing the passing of medications as directed by their doctors.  Med Tech Certification must be approved by Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

Position Type: Full-Time working a varying scheduling including every other weekend

Shifts Available:
Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 /hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:
Evenings $1.00 /hour

Shift Lead Med Tech Responsibilities: 

• Provide residents' services based on service schedules and to document services provided.
• Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others.
• Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.
• Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action.
• Serve as a leader for others in the workplace.
• Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor.
• Respect all employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Med Tech Certification must be approved through AHCA
• Be able to provide proof of original certification and all subsequent annual 2-hour training
• Must have 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. 
• Must have 1 year of caregiving/med passing experience.
• Experience working in a lead/leadership role.
• Dependable and compassionate.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
