Registered Nurse RN 10000 Bonus

Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, overlooking a lake, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team to assist and support the Director of Nursing. 

In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time), $5,000 (Part-Time)

Available Shifts:

• Part-Time working every other weekend, Days 6:00am to 2:30pm (you can pick up other shifts as they become available)
• Full-Time including every other weekend and holiday, Evenings 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Wage Range: $34.48 to $42.03 / hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential: $2.50 / hour for Evening shift.

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.
