Dietary Aide/ Server

We will train you for these positions at our 5-star senior care campus! This is a rewarding way to earn a paycheck while learning valuable skills. In this role, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents meals. There are Part Time, benefit eligible positions working Days (6:00am - 2:30pm).
Starting Wage: $16.80 / hour plus more for experience.
Potential training opportunity to cross train to cooking position available to candidate looking for an opportunity for advancement. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills!

What does a Dietary Aide do?
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
What does a Dietary Aide require?
- Be willing to be cross trained in other areas in food service (cooking).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
