As the TCU Nurse Manager, you will oversee the clinical care of residents in our high-acuity TCU unit, assign and coordinate tasks for nursing staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and inspires a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Shifts Available:
Days: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Wage Range: $36 - $44.22 / hour, depending on experience

Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359

TCU Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.
Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning.
Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports.
Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

TCU Nurse Manager Qualifications:

Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
2 + years supervisory experience preferred.
TCU and LTC experience preferred.
Must have excellent attendance record, leadership ability, & ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
