Business Development Specialist - Senior Living
Trinity Springs, a 160-unit assisted living and memory care campus in Oxford, is hiring a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will identify potential referral sources in designated geographic areas. Excellent communication skills are needed to establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers in healthcare or senior related profession to present the range of services offered by our senior living community. You will create lead referral sources, partner with health care and community groups, report business plans and results, and participate in outside professional networking events.
Business Development Specialist responsibilities:
- Identify, research and prioritize potential referral sources for Assisted Living, Memory Care in designated geographic area.
- Plan and implement internal and external business development events.
- Attend industry events, conferences and meetings to establish connections and identify potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and create reports using CRM system.
- Develop resourceful, long-term relationships with community partners, key decision-makers and tailor the approach to provide solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and present them in a clear, persuasive manner while addressing client's questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and detail-oriented skills.
- Knowledge of community outreach strategies and techniques with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Empathy and compassion for seniors and families to navigate the transition into senior living.
