Trained Medication Aide TMA - On Call

Fargo Elim Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring On-Call Trained Medication Aides to support our nursing staff as needed. As an On-Call TMA at Fargo Elim, you will administer medications and collaborate closely with nurses and caregivers to ensure resident safety and well-being. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with a commitment to providing quality care and supporting older adults with dignity and respect.

Trained Medication Aide (TMA) responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer medications in accordance with Elim Wellspring policies.
• Review and follow a written care plan.
• Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Current ND TMA certification required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
