Lakeside Generations is hiring a Full-Time Staff Scheduler (CNA) to join our team! We’re offering a $5,000 Bonus for this position! This opening in the Health Care Center provides the opportunity to be a part of the management team, and support direct nursing staff.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working a varied schedule.

Scheduler responsibilities:

Create bi-weekly nurse staffing schedule.
Apply collective bargaining agreement to schedule and short notice staffing.
Help with employee engagement programming and assistance.
Take after hours call coverage via phone.
Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Perform additional tasks as needed.

Scheduler requirements:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota.
Previous staff scheduling and health care experience a plus!
Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to find solutions within guidelines that create win-win situations.
Desire to support a direct care team for the older population and others in need.
