Physical Therapist Float 5000 Bonus
Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for a Full-Time, Float Physical Therapist to travel to 2-3 senior living sites all within a 10-mile radius of each other in the North Metro region of the Twin Cities! The sites will be Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, Crest View at Blaine, and possibly one more. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) & up to a $5,000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!
Pay Range: $45 - $58 / hour depending on experience
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Assess & Diagnose: Develop “Start of Care Visits” and “Initial Evaluations” by evaluating patients’ physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history. Then pass the case/patient to the primary therapist in that area.
- Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
- Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
