Custodian
As a Custodian at Chapel View, you'll be responsible for keeping our lovely facility in great shape and contributing positively to our residents' lives. We're seeking someone with a friendly, upbeat personality as our ideal candidate.
Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying scheduling including weekends
Wage Range: $17 - $20.42 / hour depending on experience
Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343
Custodian responsibilities:
- Provides carpet and floor care in common areas, offices and stairwells.
- Disposes of trash from common areas and offices.
- Additional duties may include cleaning windows, elevators, wheel chairs, and moving/arranging furniture.
- Follow scheduled maintenance program.
- Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
- Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
- Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Prior custodial and maintenance experience.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
