Certified Nursing Assistant CNA 5000 Bonus

Haven Homes is hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! Located a mere 13 miles from Ridgedale Mall, we are a premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus that opened in December 2020. We have recently increased our wages! We offer great benefits, career growth opportunities, a fun and inclusive work culture, and up to a $5,000 Bonus!

What does a CNA do?

As a CNA at our 4-star rated campus, you will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and services following guidelines and regulations. You will work beside other CNAs & Nurses to provide cares for our residents in long term care, rehab and memory care.  

There are Full-Time and Part-Time positions available working a varied scheduled including every other weekend.  

Full-Time Hours: Days, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or Evenings, 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Part-Time Hours: Evenings, 2:00pm to 10:30pm 

Pay: $18.70 -$21.56 per hour depending on experience. Evening Shift Differential is $2 / hour.

Full-Time is eligible for a $5,000 bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $2,500 bonus.

What does a CNA require?

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
