Castle Peak, a senior care community located in scenic Eagle, CO, is hiring for On-Call! We will pay for training and hire individuals who meet the criteria needed to become a Medication Aide (QMAP) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

QMAPs are responsible for providing hands-on care for residents in an Assisted Living setting. The QMAP supports with caregiving duties and overseeing the passing of medications as directed by their doctors. CNAs help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.

Once you pass your state exam you'll join the Castle Peak nursing team in an On-Call position working varied schedules (12-hour shifts) including rotating weekends and holidays. You must work at least 2 days a month for this On-Call position.

Shifts: Day (6:00 am to 6:30 pm or 7:00 am to 2:30 pm), Evening, or Night (6:00 pm to 6:30 am)

Starting Caregiver Pay: $20-$25 / hour for day shift. Additional $2 or $3 per hour for night shift and weekend shift.

What does a Caregiver require?

  • Dependable and compassionate.
  • Desire to work with the elderly.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
