This is a dual role serving as HR Manager to 3 Emerald Crest locations ( 24 Hours per week) and as an HR Manager Float to other Cassia Twin Cities Metro sites. (up to 16 hours per week). If you love to jump in and work with a variety of teams/needs and are willing to utilize your skills to ensure HR and payroll operations are running smoothly and efficiently, this is the position for you.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for our Emerald Crest (Guaranteed 24 Hours) locations an occasionally at our Home Office (Guaranteed 6 Hours). You will be responsible for working at our senior living campuses as a traveling/interim HR Manager, supporting locations with a short-term need due to job transition, LOA, or vacation. Position Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week, Average of 30 guaranteed) , benefits eligible position splitting your time between Emerald Crest Locations & Cassia Twin Cities Metro sites.
Wage Range: $68,000 - $78,000 Annually depending on experience
