There are Full-Time or Part-Time benefit eligible positions available working a varied schedule and every other weekend. No Late Nights!

What does a Cook/Culinary Assistant do?

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.
  • Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
 What does a Cook/Culinary Assistant require? 
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
  • A passion for cooking.
  • Ability to speak and read English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instruction.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with others.

Meadowview of Clive, opened June 2023 in Clive, Iowa, and is managed by Cassia. Near this location is the beautiful Clive Greenbelt Trail and in the spring you can view an occasional Greenbelt Goat grazing near the trail.
