Cassia - Edina, MN - Full Time

Cassia is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to administratively support our recruitment team by creating engaging content to attract qualified candidates to work at senior care communities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing job postings, creating email campaigns in Constant Contact, and developing promotional materials such as flyers and outreach letters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our open positions are visible, compelling, and aligned with Cassia’s mission. This position is based at our corporate office in Edina, MN, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule after approximately 90 days of training. 

Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who enjoys writing, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable working across multiple platforms—such as social media, email marketing, and applicant tracking systems. Position Type: Full-Time

Hours:  8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible)

Wage: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience

Recruiting Coordinator Duties:

  • Post and maintain job openings in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor postings to ensure accuracy and visibility across platforms.
  • Create and send email campaigns through Constant Contact, highlighting open roles and news from Cassia communities (this includes writing brief content and tracking performance metrics such as open and click-through rates).
  • Post job opportunities and branded content on Facebook and other job boards.
  • Create content for job opportunity promotions such as flyers, letters to educational partners, etc.
  • Assist recruiters with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in English or previous experience in writing published content.
  • Ability to learn detailed Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Jazz a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain focus and accuracy when handling routine tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization.
