Thomas Feeney Manor - Minneapolis, MN - Full Time

Thomas Feeney Manor, a Cassia community, is hiring a Bus Driver to transport residents to grocery stores, restaurants, and community outings. 

In this role, you will drive a bus with up to 13 passengers to our sites in Minneapolis (Signe Burckhardt Manor, Thomas Feeney Manor, Heritage Commons, Open Circle at Heritage Park). The ideal candidate is a safe, licensed Class B driver with a positive attitude and experience supporting seniors, ready to manage scheduled trips and maintain the bus to MnDOT standards.

Position Type: Full-Time, 32 - 40 hours a week

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $22 / hour depending on experience


Location: 901 N 4th Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55405

Bus Driver responsibilities: 

  • Drive the bus for schedule resident and employee outings. 
  • Complete proper documentation for MnDOT including daily logs and quarterly reports. 
  • Track and schedule maintenance for the bus. 
  • Complete daily upkeep for the bus including filling up gas, washer fluid, etc.
  • Communicate with different sites regarding time and location of daily trips. 
Bus Driver Qualifications:  
  • Good driving record: no moving violations for the last two years.
  • Must pass the MnDOT physical examination and a criminal background check.
  • Must have Class B license.
  • Complete paid home health aide training.
  • Experience working with persons with memory loss and physical disabilities is desired.
  • Friendly, outgoing and positive personality.
