Chapel View is a care center offering exceptional Short-Term Rehab, Skilled Nursing and Hospice Care services, and our brand-new skilled nursing building will be opening this Fall!
This is a unique opportunity to lead a nursing department into a brand-new building featuring all private resident rooms, new equipment, furnishings, and modern nursing spaces. As DON, you’ll help shape nursing workflows, culture, and expectations from the start while establishing a strong clinical program. This isn’t just a chance to join an established department—you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of Chapel View and make your mark from day one. The new environment will provide an exceptional experience for residents and employees while helping attract talented nurses and nursing assistants to the team.
Position Type: Full-Time working Monday through Friday.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $110,000 - 130,000 / year depending on experience
