Redeemer Health Care Center, a 5-star rated, 119-bed senior care campus in Uptown, is hiring a Full-Time Life Enrichment Aide to join our team! We have a very diverse group both staff & residents, central location in the Twin Cities, free parking lot, and engaging community. We also offer a Metropass, a discounted bus pass, that you can use!

In this role, you be able to engage with residents in FUN activities such as: helping with art, assisting with VR & other technologies, working with an indoor hydroponic garden, etc. You will also be coming up with creative ideas & activities for residents!

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible role with flexible hours!

Life Enrichment Aide responsibilities:

  • Provide programming to meaningful engagement for residents.
  • Promote resident involvement and active decision-making in program implementation.
  • Maintain accurate attendance documentation for all residents for all events, and other therapeutic contacts/programs as assigned.
  • Utilize program tools including assessments, audits, educational resources and technology.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Life Enrichment Aide requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • College degree or college course work in related health care field preferred.
  • Must be able to travel locally as needed up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to be creative and enthusiastic with a variety of activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Understand, interpret, and utilize data to improve resident care.
