Cassia, a nonprofit senior living organization, is hiring an Administrative Supervisor to join our corporate team! This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to play a key role supporting senior leadership while leading a small administrative team. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and departments across the organization, helping drive efficiency, communication, and day-to-day operations in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
As the Administrative Supervisor, you will oversee two full-time and one part-time team member while working alongside them to support administrative functions for senior leadership. Responsibilities include preparing documents and presentations, managing calendars and communications, maintaining confidential information, and providing backup support across the Administrative Services team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Wage Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually depending on experience
