As a Staffing Coordinator at Hastings, MN, you will organize and schedule appropriate nursing department coverage, including the master schedule, daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. Our ideal candidate must have recent healthcare scheduling experience managing multiple schedules. 

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shift Available:
Monday - Friday. No Weekends and no Holidays!

Wage Range:
$20 - $25 /hour depending on experience

Location: 930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033

We are located near the cities of Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, Rosemount, Woodbury and Prescott, Wisconsin.

Staffing Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
  • Create block scheduling for nursing staff.
  • Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
  • Track attendance of nursing department.
  • Work with payroll to manage time clock errors.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
Staffing Coordinator skills and requirements:
  • 2+ years of prior staffing/ scheduling experience in a healthcare facility required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
