Harmony Gardens, a premier senior living community in Maplewood, MN, is excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-Time Evening Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Our brand-new campus, opened in December 2022, boasts state-of-the-art facilities and a 4-star rating.

 Harmony Gardens offers a vibrant and engaging environment for both residents and staff. Our comprehensive campus provides a range of care options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care.

We are seeking a dedicated LPN who is passionate about providing quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license and a commitment to delivering compassionate care with professionalism and empathy.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position available working Evening (PM) Shift including every other weekend. Plus a $2500 Bonus!! 

Pay Range: $28.77- $34.19 / hour

What does a Nurse do?

  • Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
  • Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
  • Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
  • Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

What does a Nurse require?

  • Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
