These wonderful positions offer guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts. No senior care experience necessary! Training will be provided. We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service. 

In this role at our senior care campus, you will help portion and transport resident meals. You will also take trays back to the kitchen, wash dishes, and clear and clean the tables in the dining room. You will work together with the entire culinary team to assure our residents have a great experience. 


Position Type: Part-Time 

Available Shifts:

  • 3 days per 2 week pay period, 12:00pm to 8:00pm every other Friday and every other Weekend/Holiday
Pay Range: $16 to $19 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 605 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343

Server Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
  • Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
  • Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
  • Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
  • Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
  • Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Server Qualifications:

  • Training will be provided for this role! 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Read and understand procedures for work assignments, instructions, and menu requests.
  • Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
