As a Supply Coordinator at Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting high-quality resident care by ensuring nursing units are fully stocked, organized, and running smoothly. This position is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, ordering and restocking nursing, medical, and therapy supplies, and maintaining clean, orderly storage areas throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across all floors.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefit eligible positions

Shift Available:
Mondays - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Wage Range: $20.54 - $21.54 /hour depending on experience

Bonus: $1,000

Location: 14650 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124 

Supply Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain adequate par levels of nursing supplies in LL nursing storage room
  • Transfer delivered nursing supplies from receiving room from nursing supply delivery to LL nursing storage room weekly and as needed
  • Restock shelves in LL nursing storage room from nursing supply deliver weekly and as needed
  • Monitor and restock incontinent products in nursing storage rooms and patient rooms
  • Monitor and restock nursing medication rooms on all floors as needed
  • Monitor and restock patient supplies in nursing storage rooms on all floors daily
  • Monitor and restock oxygen supplies  in nursing storage rooms on all floors daily
  • Monitor and restock tube feeding supplies on all floors daily and as needed
  • Break down empty boxes from used nursing supplies and dispose of in dumpsters
  • Keep LL nursing supply storage room and nursing area of receiving room clean and orderly
  • Order nursing supplies and incontinent products each week and as needed
  • Order miscellaneous therapy supplies as needed
  • Replace hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes on all floors as needed
  • Purchase and pick up distilled water at Walmart as needed
  • Restock precaution carts as needed
  • Other supply monitoring, restocking, tasks and projects as assigned
  • Maintain rental agreements of tube feeding pumps
Supply Coordinator Qualifications:
  • HS diploma
  • Experience with supply management preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • English oral and written communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the Federal Health Program
