Lake Ridge Care Center - Buffalo, MN - Part Time

Join our friendly and experienced team at Lake Ridge Care Center as a Culinary Aide! We have wonderful Part-Time Culinary Aide positions that offer guaranteed hours.  No late nights and no experience needed!  Great shift for students or those looking to make extra money!  We're offering a $500 bonus!

In this role, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by the staff and residents alike. 

There are Part-Time, Evening positions working a varied schedule including every other weekend. Potential for more hours on weekends. No late nights required!

Hours: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Great shift for students!)

Pay:  $16.87 to $19.97 per hour depending on experience
PT evening is eligible for a $500 bonus! 

Culinary Aide responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
  • Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
  • Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
  • Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed.

Culinary Aide skills and requirements:

  • Prior serving/ dining experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be 14+ years of age.
  • Ability to stand for length of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
  • Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
  • Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.
