Apple Valley Village Health Care Center - Apple Valley, MN - Full Time

Apple Valley Villa Apartments, an independent and assisted living campus, is seeking an energetic, customer service centric person to join our team as our Marketing and Leasing Manager! In this role, you will meet with prospective residents to come and live in our vibrant senior independent and assisted living campus in Apple Valley! To be successful, you will raise brand awareness through networking, social media, community events and have stellar interpersonal skills when meeting with prospective residents, adult children and healthcare professionals who inquire about living options for loved ones and clients. Training is provided!

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Day hours, Monday through Friday. There are occasional evening/weekend events that this position would need to attend.

Marketing and Leasing Manager responsibilities: 

  • Provide tours of the campus.
  • Promote and coordinate events to attract new residents and community partners. 
  • Manage database with names.
  • Work in an ethical manner to ensure compliance is in place for senior living.
  • Build an organic waitlist of prospect residents and managing the waitlist for the independent living side.
  • Identify care transition opportunities utilizing Cassia services - home care, hospice, adult day services and outpatient therapy.
  • Meet and exceed occupancy goals.
  • Establish and foster professional relationships with partners and potential residents.
  • Create and implement an effective marketing plan.
  • Lead monthly marketing meetings.
  • Utilize CRM tools for occupancy success.
Marketing and Leasing Manager skills and requirements:
  • Previous experience in a marketing or sales.
  • Genuine interest in caring about people and where they call 'home'.
  • Knowledge of marketing plans and goal attainment.
  • Experience in senior living or similar setting is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media tools.
  • Exceptional time management and communications skills.
