Cassia, a nonprofit, senior living organization operating in five states, is hiring an IT Support Technician to join our corporate office support team. In this position, you will provide IT support for end-user equipment and solutions in a fast-paced environment. As an IT Support Technician, you will make decisions to effectively prioritize and execute daily tasks. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, proven analytical and problem solving abilities, and an eye for detail.
Position Type: Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Mon - Fri at our corporate office in Edina, MN. This is not a hybrid position.

IT Support Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support to staff requests through phone, e-mail, help desk ticketing system, and walk-ups.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving workstation, mobile device, network, and application-related problems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of peripheral devices, such as printers and scanners.
- Escalate problems to technicians and Network Operations team as appropriate.
- Gather, enter, and maintain accurate information and data regarding end-user issues within designated tracking system.
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of workstation and mobile devices.
- Perform basic Active Directory and Entra management of computers and user accounts including account modification, password resets, and account onboarding & disabling.
- Provide basic support and management for endpoint security, mobile device management, self-service password reset, spam filter and web filter.
- Contribute documentation to help desk ticketing system and knowledge base articles.
- Utilize remote management and support tools to troubleshoot end user devices.
- Provide assistance with A/V and conferencing solutions.
- Perform other duties as requested.
IT Support Technician Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in IT/IS/Computer Science or 2+ years of recent related experience required.
- 1+ year experience in help desk environment preferred or IT student.
- Must have PC support experience.
- Valid MN driver’s license required.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly, business-friendly and technical language.
