Scheduling Coordinator

Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia senior community, is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As a Scheduling Coordinator at Lake Ridge, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts. You’ll work closely with department leaders and team members to balance staffing needs and help maintain smooth daily operations. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will play a key role in supporting quality resident care and fostering a positive workplace.

Position Type:  Full-Time (30 hours per week)

Shifts Available 
8:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday-Friday 

Wage Range: $21 - $28 / hour depending on experience

Location: 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313  

Scheduling Coordinator responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the department.
• Help with employee engagement programming and assistance.
• Take after hours call coverage via phone.
• Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.
• Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Previous staff scheduling and health care experience a plus!
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must have flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours.
• Ability to find solutions within guidelines that create win-win situations.
• Desire to support a direct care team for the older population and others in need.
