Maintenance/Custodian

Valley View Village is currently hiring for a Part-Time Custodian to join our team. Here at Valley View Village, we have a work hard, play hard mentality. This is a Part-Time benefit eligible position working Saturday and Sunday.

Hours:  7:00 am to 3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Custodian responsibilities:

• Dispose of trash from common areas.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Restock supplies.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, move furniture, etc.
• Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior custodian experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to use basic tools and be mechanically inclined.
