Nurse (RN or LPN)

Fargo Elim is hiring Full-Time (RN or LPN) to work in our Long Term Care Unit at our new 88 bed health care center.  As an LTC Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to our residents.  Join our team in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. 

There are Full-Time (Day), benefit eligible positions available working a varied schedule including every other weekend. 

FT Hours:  6:30 am to 7:00 pm

 Nurse (RN or LPN) responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
• Performs additional duties as required.

 Nurse (RN or LPN) skills and requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota required.
• Prior TCU or LTC experience a plus.
• IV certified or in a current course.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
